Effective date: October 26, 2026
Fonts are digital goods delivered instantly. Once a font file has been downloaded, the sale is final and no refund is given, except in these two cases:
- Corrupted file. A file you received is corrupted or does not install, and we are unable to fix or replace it within a reasonable time after you report it.
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same order, or bought the same font and license twice by mistake.
If you have not yet downloaded any file from an order, contact us and we will review a cancellation request.
How to request: email hello@leshemtype.com with your order number and a short description (for a corrupted file, please include your operating system and the app you used). If a refund is approved, the license for the refunded font ends immediately and you must delete all copies of it.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. Please contact us before filing a chargeback (see the Terms of Use, Section 5). Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
